I have been working with Karen for nearly 6 months and I am very glad that we crossed paths. She is responsive and attentive to the needs of the client. Her communication is always prompt when you send a text or an email. She knows how to work well under pressure also. She staged three of our properties in one week in December, which is typically a "slow" month for real estate transactions. All of our properties were under contract within a very short time (some as quick as 1 day) so we decided to immediately stage the fourth property we had in our inventory at the time. I firmly believe that her talent and keen eye for interior design drastically reduced the days on market for our properties. I would strongly recommend her. She is a true professional!

Karen did a WONDERFUL job staging our home in Monte Vista! The house is an older historic home with a different layout and I was concerned people wouldn't see the versatility. Karen was able to place her furniture (very updated BTW) perfectly and show off the homes' historic features while making it look large and roomy. I actually got tears in my eyes when I saw what a beautiful job she did! Best money you could spend when getting your house ready to show. WOW-Factor Home Staging has staged homes for me for several years and I am always pleased with the results. She does a "Walk and Talk", going through the house room by room with the sellers giving suggestions as to what needs to be done to improve the presentation of the home to a potential buyer. Sellers also have the option to hire her to do the actual work if they prefer. Working with Karen has been a great experience, and I highly recommend her to everyone! She is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and talented.

Staging. A concept I was vaguely familiar with but skeptical of as we are still living in our house we are selling. We had significantly decluttered the house and believed it presented well. Even though apprehensive we set a meeting. Karen set us at ease and we found her very professional and she immediately had specific ideas. We retained her services and a prompt date set. Karen and her team did an excellent job staging our home. We received quotes from several local stagers, and Karen was the only one to visit our home before providing a quote. She even provided free advice on additional things we could do to spruce up the home and make it more attractive on the market. Her pricing was very competitive and she only required a one-month staging commitment (most others require a 3 month minimum, which drives up the price dramatically). The staging was beautifully done and our house was under contract after being on the market for only one week.
